At TMR, we were huge fans of Falcon Jane’s new album, Faith, in November 2020. As we head into 2021, she has dropped Romshii’s remix of her single ‘Heaven’. It’s a very relatable track, considering she describes much of her album as written by herself, to herself and much of it looks at personal losses in her life. Romshii has found a new feeling within the track, bringing the tempo up and using a four-to-the-floor pattern to create something truly groovy. Falcon Jane jokingly explains: “I remember when he tried to convince me to change the chorus of “Heaven”—perhaps as a form of sabotage. I guess I let him do a remix to try to prove a point, set him up for failure.” -Dan Peeke
